Before reading this list, Be aware that Mr. Joseph leads a very busy schedule. with all his filmmaking, so unfortunately he didn't get to see everything out there and all the acclaimed movies of they year he admits he is behind on. It's not an excuse it's an explanation. (if anything it is really a humble brag)
Though he did manage to send in his list of the 10 best and worst films and experiences he has had this year. So yes it's official and as sincere as Pierre Cardin.
